If your organization is exempt from sales tax, you can check out as a guest or with an account. There will be a Tax Exempt box during checkout, at the bottom of the page where you enter the Shipping Address. Please make sure to select Tax Exempt.
The first time you order, look for instructions on how to send us your tax-exempt paperwork. Once we have your paperwork on file, we store it on your account (by email address) for future orders.
What paperwork do I need to provide to prove that my order is tax-exempt?
We have lots of badge styles available. So how do you find out if we have yours?
Step 1: Determine the category. Look at the overall shape and style. Is it a star? An oval? Does it have an eagle? Click on the category that corresponds to your badge shape.
We have a wide selection of insignia "in-stock" and ready to ship in about 1-2 business days. With our in-stock insignia, we typically carry the most popular combinations (gold and nickel finish, either double clutch or screw attachment depending on the item).
The custom badge preview images that we provide are approximate. They are meant to give you a rough idea of how your text will look on your badge. These images are NOT final proof images.
For most orders shipping within the United States, shipping is $6.00 per order. We generally ship by regular first-class mail when your order is ready to ship.
Some items are eligible for expedited shipping for an additional charge:
Leather orders with rush production (1-2 weeks): $16.00
Badge Express orders: $12.95 for expedited shipping
International shipping: Between $30.00 and $75.00 depending on the country.
