Custom products, including badges and recessed wallets, need to be made for you!  Orders usually ship when all items are ready.

Custom Badges.  

Custom badges are individually handcrafted in White Plains, NY.  The entire manufacturing process takes approximately 6 weeks. 

If you need custom badges quickly, we have a limited selection of Badge Express models that ship in about 1-2 weeks.

We also offer Rush Production on many products for an additional fee.

Production begins within 24 hours after you place your order (or, if ID is required, within 24 hours of your ID being verified).  Each custom badge passes through 5 major stages of production: 

Stage 1: Engraving.  A technician lays out your text on each panel, paying attention to letter spacing and size.  Once finalized, a rotary engraving machine deeply engraves your text into the badge.

Stage 2: Enamel.  The colored enamel is applied into the deeply engraved letters on your badge.  

Stage 3: Assembly. For applied panel badges, the panels are soldered (attached) to the front of the badge, and the attachment (pin or wallet clip) is soldered to the back of the badge.

Stage 4: Plating.  The shiny metal coating (nickel, rhodium, or gold) is applied to the badge.  Two-tone badges are plated twice to achieve both silver and gold.

Stage 5: Quality Control. A skilled technician checks each badge to ensure it is made to the specifications you ordered and meets our high quality standards.  

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.  

 

Recessed Wallets & Badge Cases.

Recessed leather products are made-to-order with the badge cut you select.  The process typically takes about 3 weeks.  Production begins within 24 hours after you place your order.  

 

Nameplate Express.

Nameplate Express items ship within 2 business days. They are sent by regular mail from the factory in White Plains, New York. Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping on these items. 

 

In-Stock Insignia.

In-Stock insignia ships out same-day or next-day.  These items ship by regular mail from our warehouse in Armonk, NY.  Standard shipping is by regular mail.  If you need express shipping, we offer 2nd Day for $15.00 or overnight for $75.00 to most places in the US.  Please call (877)404-8413 to request express shipping.
