Custom badges are handcrafted in White Plains, NY. Standard production takes approximately 4-6 weeks.
If you need custom badges quickly, we have a limited selection of Badge Express models that ship in about 1-2 weeks.
Recessed Wallets & Badge Cases
Leather products with a custom badge cutout are made-to-order and typically ship in about 3 weeks.
In‑Stock Insignia
These items ship either the same day or the next business day from our Armonk, NY warehouse. Standard mail is used unless you request express shipping.

What can affect my delivery timeline?
Your order may be on hold if:
- Your order requires ID Verification: Some badge types require confirmation. Read more.
- Your order calls for a custom mold, for example a new custom seal or a reverse enamel panel.
- Your order requires Purchase Order approval: If you selected “Purchase Order” as your payment method at checkout, please submit a copy of your purchase order using our Purchase Order Submission form to begin production.
- Your order is Tax-Exempt: If you selected tax-exempt checkout, please submit your exemption certificate using this form: https://www.badgeandwallet.com/tax-exempt-forms.
