ACTION REQUIRED: For the type of badge you have ordered we require verification of your identity and connecting you to the specific role and / or agency referenced on your badge.

In order to complete your order, we require that you submit copies of two documents:

1.  Your Official ID with your name, picture, and the name of the department or agency referenced on your badge.

2.  Your government issued ID (i.e. Drivers License, Non-Driver ID, or Passport) with the same name and picture.

Production will begin once we have verified your ID. Standard production time is 4-6 weeks (2 weeks for Badge Express products).
