Step 1: Remove the insert from the wallet.

Step 2: Clip the badge to the insert. Slide the badge all the way in, so that the clip lines up with the slot on the insert.

Step 3: Slide the badge and the insert together back into the wallet. You may need to work the badge back and forth slightly so that it lines up with the cutout.
