On occasion, the holes that come with your holder may not line up with the attachment on your badge.The pins and wallet clips are hand soldered onto the badges and there is some variability in the exact location of the attachments.  This is part of what makes each badge unique.

In these cases, an adjustment needs to be made to the holder.  You can do this yourself using an exacto knife, or you can send the badge and the holder back to us to be adjusted.  Either way, we are confident your holder, once adjusted, will work great with your badge.

If you want to send the badge and holder back to us, please include a note that the holder needs to be adjusted to fit the attachment on the badge.  Mail both the badge and the holder to us at:
