Do You Offer Bulk Discounts or Contract Pricing for Department-Wide Orders?
Yes! Badge & Wallet offers quantity discounts on custom badges and many other products, as well as formal quotations for larger agency purchases and department-wide uniform rollouts.
What quantity discounts are available for custom badges?
Our standard quantity discounts for Smith & Warren custom metal badges, including BadgeStudio badges, are:
1–15 badges: Regular price
16–39 badges: 5% discount
40–59 badges: 10% discount
60–99 badges: 15% discount
100+ badges: 20% discount
We generally offer the same discount structure for Perfect Fit badge wallets and holders.
Other products, including flexible badges, overseas-manufactured custom badges, collar insignia, citation bars, and stock insignia, may have different quantity discounts.
For larger quantities, please contact us for a formal quote.
Can we get a quote for an entire department uniform rollout?
Absolutely! We work with law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other public safety agencies purchasing badges and related uniform accessories for their personnel.
If your project includes custom badges, wallet badges, badge holders, wallets, nameplates, rank insignia, citation bars, or other accessories, we can prepare a quotation based on your department's requirements.

Do you offer contract pricing for government agencies?
We participate in formal government bidding and procurement processes and can provide pricing in response to requests for quotation (RFQs), invitations to bid (ITBs), and other purchasing solicitations.
Special pricing may also be available for departments using our BadgeLink ordering program, depending on the program.
