How can I change or cancel my order?

We want you to feel confident in your custom badge or leather product before placing your order. Please take a moment to double-check your selections.  This includes badge size & style, text, seal, finish, wallet model, and shipping address.

Changes or cancellations within 24 hours

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you need to contact us within 24 hours of placing it. You can use our change/cancellation form, reply to your confirmation email, or call us at (877) 404-8413. We’ll confirm your request within one business day.

Some common issues that can be fixed within the 24-hour window:

  • Spelling error or incorrect text in your badge or wallet order
  • Wrong badge attachment, seal, or finish
  • Incorrect shipping address

After 24 hours

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production. At that point, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Because each item is built to order, most changes cannot be made once manufacturing begins.

If your item has already shipped

Custom products are not eligible for return once shipped, unless there is a manufacturing error or defect. If you ordered a stock item (like an in-stock leather accessory) and need to return it, please review our return policy.

Pro Tip: If you're ordering for an agency, it’s a good idea to have a second person double-check your badge design and order details before placing the order.
