Changes & Cancellations

We want you to wear your custom badge with pride.  We are ready to answer any questions before you place your order.  If you are unsure about any product specifications, please email sales@badgeandwallet.com with your question(s).

When ordering custom badges, please review your design and specifications carefully BEFORE submitting your order.  Please check the size of the badge - custom badges come in a variety of sizes from under 2" (miniature) to over 3".  Make sure you select the right size badge for your needs.  Also, make sure to verify the spelling of names, titles, places, and other text carefully PRIOR to submitting your order.  Orders are processed electronically based on what you type into the design form, and we don't spell-check badges prior to manufacturing.

If you notice a spelling error in your order confirmation, please let us know WITHIN 24 HOURS of placing the order.  You can notify us by responding to the order confirmation email or by emailing orders@badgeandwallet.com.  Please include the order number and the specific change.  We will respond to you within 1 business day confirming the change.

Orders begin production within 24 hours of being placed.  For this reason, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after the first 24 hours.
