Our recessed leather badge wallets and holders are assembled to order with a cutout designed to accommodate your specific badge. We offer cutouts for every Smith & Warren badge, as well as thousands of badge models from other manufacturers and agencies.

What badge shapes can you accommodate?

Our cutout library includes a wide variety of badge shapes and sizes, including traditional shields, oval badges, five-point and six-point stars, round badges, and many custom designs.

The badge pictured on a wallet or holder product page is only an example; your leather product will be assembled with the cutout corresponding to your badge model.

Do you support every Smith & Warren badge?

Yes! We have a leather cutout for every Smith & Warren badge model.

Whether your badge is a traditional shield, star, oval, or a fully custom BadgeStudio design, we can provide a recessed leather badge wallet or holder with the appropriate cutout.

What if my badge is from another manufacturer?

We offer cutouts for thousands of badge models from other manufacturers, including many agency-specific and custom designs.

You can search our cutout library using your badge model number or agency name. If you don't know your badge model, you can also browse available cutouts by size and shape.

If you're unsure which cutout is correct, please complete our Badge Identification Request form. We'll help identify the closest available fit.

Why is the cutout number on my wallet different from my badge model number?

Every badge model in our database is cross-referenced to a specific leather cutout number.

Different badge models sometimes share the same cutout because their shapes and dimensions are identical or sufficiently similar.

When you order a wallet or holder using your badge model number, that model number will appear on your order confirmation. However, the product sticker on your finished leather item will show the corresponding leather cutout number.

This is normal and does not mean you received the wrong cutout.

Will the cutout match the exact shape of my badge?

Our recessed leather cutouts are designed to accommodate specific badge shapes and dimensions, but a small amount of space between the badge and leather can be normal.

Some cutouts accommodate multiple badge models with similar dimensions.

You can check the fit before ordering by printing a full-size template of the cutout from our online library and comparing it directly with your badge.

What if you don't have a cutout for my badge?

If your badge isn't represented in our existing cutout library, we offer two options:

• Hand-cut leather: A good choice if you need just one wallet or holder for your personal use.
• New cutting tool: Generally the better option for departments ordering six or more wallets or holders with the same badge cutout.

Both options involve additional charges.
